If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, and if you have booked a stay with a duration less than 30 days, you must do so by 3:00 PM 7 days prior to your arrival date. Outside of this allotted time, 50% of your reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, and you have booked a stay with a duration longer than 30 days, you must do so by 3:00 PM 90 days prior to your arrival date. Less cancellation notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel or modify past the expiration of the Cancellation Period or if you fail to show up on the day of your arrival, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified: the total reservation amount will be charged in case of a cancellation or no-show. Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Special requests may incur additional fees.
St. Pete Beach Suites is conveniently located on quiet Sunset Way in the resort town of St. Pete Beach, Florida. We are a three-minute walk to the beach and minutes from the best restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the area.
It is our pleasure to provide our guests with services like complimentary WiFi; a complimentary continental breakfast served on Saturdays and Sundays; and a complimentary happy hour every Friday. Our front desk is open between 9 AM and 6 PM daily. Our friendly managers will always be on hand to assist with whatever you might need during those times, but no guest services are available after hours. For guests arriving after hours, we provide lockbox access so that you will never have any trouble getting into your room for the night. Beach cruiser bicycles, beach chairs, shade umbrellas, and beach towels are also provided free of charge. The whole family can get in on the fun with our collection of exciting yard games like corn hole, giant chess, giant Jenga, and giant Connect Four, plus a putting green so that you can keep your golf skills sharp.

Up to two children under 12 years of age may stay free when staying with a parent or guardian and using existing beds. There is an additional charge of USD $15 per person, per night for any additional guests on a stay less than 30 days. There is an additional charge of USD $5 per person, per night for any additional guests on a stay greater than 30 days. There is no capacity for extra beds.
ADA-Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. Smaller, well-behaved pets are also welcome for a fee of USD $30 per night for any stay less than thirty days. A pet fee of USD $10 per night is required if guest stay is longer than thirty days. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT accommodate Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, or any dog weighing more than 25 pounds. Acceptance of any pet is at management's discretion. Guests MUST contact management prior to booking to make arrangements to bring any pet. For the comfort of all guests, pets are only allowed in select rooms. Vaccination records are required.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations are allowed. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged to the guest. Any damages to hotel property will result in an additional fee upon assessment. Please read our pet policy, which is strictly enforced. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in guest rooms or within the hotel facility. If anyone in guest's party smokes in a non-smoking guest room, the guest expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card for USD $250 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning the guest's room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay with cash, a security hold via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. DEPOSITS REQUIRED: For a booking longer than 30 days, a 25% deposit is required at the time the booking is made. An additional 25% will be collected 90 days prior to the check-in date. For multiple room bookings, a 25% deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Please recognize that we will release the rooms 30 days prior to the check-in date if this deposit is not made. EXTRA GUESTS: There is a fee of USD $15 per person, per night for any additional guests on a stay less than 30 days. There is a fee of USD $5 per person, per night for any additional guests on a stay greater than 30 days. LOST KEY FEE: There is a fee of USD $40 for lost keys. HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping services are provided free of charge.
